Rev. Dr. R. Motsi is the President of the Theological College of Zimbabwe, a position he has held since 2011. He is also a pastor and ordained minister at Bulawayo Baptist Church, with more than two decades of experience in Christian ministry.

Dr. Motsi’s work extends beyond the church into peacebuilding and conflict transformation, with a particular interest in trauma healing. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Bible College of Wales, a Master’s degree from the University of Pretoria, and a PhD in Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation. His research and ministry focus on peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and the healing of communities affected by violence and trauma.
