Cheryl Sletten-Hardin

Cheryl Sletten-Hardin is the Administrative Director of Opus Pistis, a nonprofit organisation devoted to preserving, developing, teaching, and carrying forward a theological vision centered on the nonviolent God revealed in Jesus Christ, particularly as expressed through the work of theologian Michael Hardin. After more than twenty-five years immersed in pastoral and evangelical life, Cheryl’s own experiences led to a deep rethinking of faith and a conviction that what we believe about God profoundly shapes the people we become. She is especially drawn to the pastoral implications of the nonviolent gospel and to the healing that can begin when fear, violence, and retribution give way to the Father revealed in Jesus—a vision embodied in forgiveness, enemy-love, peacemaking, and mercy. www.opuspistis.org
